Below you'll see some of the nature mandalas created by healthcare trainees during an on-campus nature-based wellbeing session at Nimhans Hospital. This facilitated activity invited participants to explore a balance between being and doing, while gently following their inner creativity and connection with nature. In this space, they were encouraged to let go of comparison, perfection, and the need to find meaning - simply allowing themselves to be present, create, and connect.

This was a new way for me to connect with nature, looking for sameness and differences, feeling a child-like excitement, creating something without ownership, and realising that's how nature is: connecting, creating and giving at all times. It helped me get in touch with the kindness around me at all times. 🌸
